Toplumsal tarihçilerin önemle belirtti?i gibi s?n?f olu?umu, kapitalizmin genel e?ilimini ifade etmektedir. Proleterle?me olarak kavramla?t?r?lan bu e?ilim, sermaye d??? kalm?? alanlar?n sermayele?tirilerek; kendi geçim ekonomisine sahip olan insanlar?n sermaye mant???na tabi k?l?n?p i?çile?tirilmelerini ifade etmektedir. Nitekim geçmi?te k?rsal geçim ekonomisini etkileyen bu e?ilim, bugün profesyonel meslekler olarak ifade edilen ve kendi geçim ekonomisine sahip serbest meslekleri etkilemektedir. Kapitalizmin sermayele?tirme e?ilimi, bir süredir, avukatl?k mesle?inin geleneksel yap?s?n? tehdit etmekte; meslek mensuplar?n? i?çile?meye zorlamaktad?r. Üretim araçlar?ndan koparak i?çile?en avukatlar?n emek süreçleri, nitel ara?t?rmaya dayal? alan çal??mas?yla izlenmi?; alan?n bilgisi, s?n?f kuram? ile ili?ki içerisinde analiz edilmi?tir.

As social historians have emphatically pointed out, class formation expresses the general tendency of capitalism. Conceptualized as proletarianization this tendency is carried out by capitalizing non-capital areas which refers to the subordination of people who have their own subsistence economy to the logic of capital and their laborization. As a matter of fact, while tendency affected the rural subsistence economy in the past, today it affects the self-employed professions which are described as professional professions and have their own subsistence economy. Capitalism’s tendency toward capitalization has been threatening the traditional structure of the legal profession for a while, and it forces the members of the profession to become workers. The labor process of the lawyers, who became workers by being broken away from the means of production, were tracked through a field study based on qualitative research and the finding gathered from the field was analysed in the light of class theory.
