Copyright Policy

The copyright of all manuscripts published in the Journal of Management and Labour remains with the author(s). Authors retain full intellectual property rights to their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.

All published content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. This license allows the unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction, and reuse of the material in any medium or format, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original work.

Accordingly, articles, datasets, figures, and supplementary materials may be freely used for scientific, academic, and educational purposes. Proper attribution to the Journal of Management and Labour is sufficient when reusing the content.

Authors are permitted to share their work in institutional repositories, personal websites, open access platforms, and other digital environments. The journal supports the dissemination of knowledge in line with open access principles.

The Journal of Management and Labour promotes the ethical use of published content and cannot be held responsible for any misuse or copyright infringement by third parties.
