Öz/Özet
Yeni meslek ve becerilerin oluşması, yeni çalışma biçimlerinin uygulanması gibi çıktıları olan çalışma yaşamındaki dönüşüm sürecinin iyi bir şekilde analiz edilmesi, çalışma yaşamına yönelik uygulanacak politikalar adına oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışma kapsamında, dönüşen işgücü piyasasında talebi artan mesleklere istihdam sağlayabilecek lisans bölümlerinde kayıtlı öğrencilerin cinsiyet dağılımları incelenerek, ülkemizdeki kadın istihdamının geleceğine yönelik bir yorum ortaya koyulabilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan inceleme, talebi artan mesleklerde kadın işgücünün istihdam edilmesi açısından önemli sorunlar bulunduğunu göstermektedir. Bu sorunların giderilmesi adına yükseköğretim odaklı eğitim politikalarının geliştirilerek güncelleştirilmesi, eğitim ve istihdam politikaları arasında bir denge oluşturulması ve başta aileler olmak üzere toplumun geleceğin çalışma yaşamına dair bilinçlendirilmesi gerekmektedir.

Abstract
A good analysis of the transformation process in working life, which has outputs such as the formation of new professions and skills and the implementation of new working styles, is very important for the policies to be implemented for working life. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to analyze the gender distribution of students enrolled in undergraduate departments that can provide employment in occupations with increasing demand, and to put forward an interpretation of the future of women's employment in our country. The analysis shows that there are significant problems in terms of the employment of female labor force in occupations with increasing demand. In order to overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop and higher education-oriented education policies, to create a balance between education and employment policies, and to raise awareness of society, especially families, about the future working life.
